The maximum substitution allowed is 120 semester hours which substitutes for a maximum of four years of experience in any field.</p> <p>The official job specifications for this role, as defined by the State Civil Service, can be found here.</p> <p>Job Duties</p> <ul> <li> <p>The incumbent will oversee and supervise the Program Integration Unit, including but not limited to eight Consultants statewide and other staff as assigned.</p> </li><li> <p>Coordinates statewide program operations, with duties that may evolve based on organizational needs and federal or state requirements.</p> </li><li> <p>Supports statewide operations, ensures alignment with federal performance requirements and promotes effective coordination between State Office, field staff and District Attorney offices.</p> </li><li> <p>Translates policy into practical guidance for the field, coordinating training delivery, and supporting alignment across state office and District Attorney partners.</p> </li></ul> <p>Position-Specific Details:</p> <p>Appointment Type:  This position is open to current permanent Department of Children and Family Services employees ONLY.
