Fabricate directly from drawings, or programming and work instructions.</p> <p>VALUES</p> <ul> <li>Innovation </li><li>Commitment & Passion </li><li>Integrity </li><li>Team & Relationships </li></ul> <p>DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</p> <ul> <li>Fabricate directly from drawings and work instructions without supervision </li><li>Setup and operate various metal fabrication machines </li><li>Inspect parts to ensure accuracy </li><li>Above-average skills related to the Shear, Break, Punch, and other fabrication related equipment </li><li>Can handle and operate standard Fabrication hand tools, ie. Drills, grinders, etc. </li><li>Ability to read and understand Complex Mechanical Fabrication Drawings </li></ul> <p>ATTRIBUTES</p> <ul> <li>Strong mechanical skills </li><li>Independent, dependable, resourceful, and self-motivated </li><li>Blueprint Reading Comprehension </li><li>Attention to Detail </li></ul> <p>QUALIFICATIONS</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma or GED preferred </li><li>Knowledge of metal forming equipment and ability to adjust and solve problems as needed </li><li>Must be able to lift up to 50lbs </li><li>Experienced in Fabrication or related activities </li><li>Ability to operate typical fabrication hand tools </li></ul> <p>The target hourly range is $21.00 - $25.00, depending upon qualifications and experience. Expanded pay ranges may be available for growth and advancement opportunities. In addition to hourly pay, the compensation package also includes eligibility for profit-sharing and monthly bonus opportunity.
