<p>The Global ERP A2R Analyst supports the Acquire to Retire (A2R) Workstream Lead in designing and configuring business processes for the Church's global accounts receivable systems. They manage requirements, perform system testing, and maintain detailed documentation. Collaboration with team members and effective communication with stakeholders are essential for process improvement and change management. The role involves navigating complex system configurations, validating designs, and managing risks within dynamic project timelines.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Process Review, Design, and Functional Configuration: Support the Workstream Lead in reviewing future state business processes and designing new business process workflows as required. Create functional designs, perform module configuration, and assist in identifying, solutioning, and prioritizing gaps that will be addressed through customizations or process workarounds. </li><li>Requirements Management and Testing: Assist in defining, reviewing, prioritizing, and maintaining business requirements. Translate requirements into test conditions and expected results for testing purposes. Test the system and resolve differences between expected and actual results. </li><li>Documentation and Quality Assurance: Maintain detailed documentation of business processes, requirements, functional designs, and testing results. Ensure that all testing activities adhere to quality standards and best practices. </li><li>Collaboration and Continuous Improvement: Work closely with team members involved in defining business processes to ensure comprehensive and accurate documentation. Identify opportunities for improving business processes and contribute to the implementation of best practices. </li><li>Communication and Change Management: Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback. Provide input into change management deliverables to ensure smooth transitions and user adoption. </li></ul> <p>Key Challenges:</p> <ul> <li>Supporting the Workstream Lead in reviewing and designing future-state business processes that align with the project's goals and requirements. </li><li>Navigating complex system configurations while aligning with business requirements. </li><li>Supporting system testing and ensuring that all functional designs and configurations are properly validated. </li><li>Managing RAID (Risks, Actions, Issues, and Decisions) log, process risk and controls, resolving issues, and managing workload within a dynamic project timeline. </li><li>Coordinating with multiple teams to ensure smooth communication and timely sharing of information. </li><li>Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, or a related field. </li><li>5+ years of experience in business analysis, process design, or a related role, preferably in a large-scale ERP implementation. </li><li>Strong understanding of business process modeling and workflow design. </li><li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. </li><li>Proficiency in ERP systems and business analysis tools. </li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills. </li><li>Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Financial accounting and reporting knowledge and experience </li><li>Experience with fixed assets including recording, tracking, depreciation, impairment, and retirement </li><li>Experience with operating leases and reporting </li><li>Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics. </li><li>Familiarity with change management principles and practices. </li></ul>
