<p>Responsibilities</p> <p>Quotations and Order Processing:</p> <ul> <li>Prepare, enter, and send quotations, sales orders, and purchase orders for products and services. </li><li>Work closely with the Outside Sales team to ensure accurate and timely order processing. </li></ul> <p>Effective Communication:</p> <ul> <li>Answer incoming calls, respond to emails, and address customer inquiries and concerns in a timely manner. </li><li>Build effective relationships and trust with Team Walling and customers through active listening and understanding of their needs. </li></ul> <p>Order Follow-up and Coordination:</p> <ul> <li>Follow up and expedite customer orders as needed, ensuring customer satisfaction. </li><li>Collaborate with vendors on purchase orders, maintaining effective communication channels. </li><li>Facilitate packing, shipping and receiving inbound and outbound orders. </li></ul> <p>Record Keeping:</p> <ul> <li>Maintain both digital and physical files accurately to ensure easy retrieval of information. </li><li>Provide back-up support for other Inside Sales representatives during their absence. </li></ul> <p>Training and Additional Duties:</p> <ul> <li>Participate in all training opportunities to gain knowledge of the company's product lines. </li><li>Maintain and participate in company culture. </li><li>Actively participate in regularly scheduled company and team meetings. </li><li>Work with Accounting to follow up on AR issues as needed. </li></ul> <p>Due to the reliance on this role from our team and customers, a strong emphasis on attendance is expected.</p> <p>Perform other related duties as assigned by management.</p> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>A minimum of 5 years of customer service and 3 years of wholesale distribution experience is preferred. </li><li>High School Diploma or equivalent required. </li><li>Self-motivated and a self-starter with excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills. </li><li>Strong basic math skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to multitask. </li><li>Solid computer skills, including proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office. </li></ul>
