<p>Title: Senior Product Manager</p> <p>Department: Product Management</p> <p>Reports To: Senior Vice President, General Manager</p> <p>Revision Date: 4/19/ 2026</p> <p>FLSA: Exempt</p> <p>Location: Broomfield, CO Preferred location</p> <p>Level: T5</p> <p>Rate of Pay: $130,000 - $170,000 USD</p> <p>Company Overview:</p> <p>Comtech Telecommunications Corp. is a global technology leader providing terrestrial and wireless network solutions, next-generation 9-1-1 emergency services, satellite and space communications technologies, and cloud-native platforms for commercial and government customers.</p> <p>Purpose:</p> <p>The Senior Product Manager is responsible for owning the strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle of key products within Comtech's portfolio.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Product Strategy & Vision </li><li>Define and communicate a clear product vision and multi-year strategy. </li><li>Conduct market analysis. </li><li>Develop a data-driven roadmap. </li><li>Product Development & Lifecycle Management </li><li>Translate product strategy into requirements. </li><li>Collaborate with Engineering, Architecture, UX, and Program Management. </li><li>Manage product lifecycle from ideation to end-of-life. </li><li>Customer & Market Engagement </li><li>Lead customer discovery. </li><li>Represent the voice of the customer. </li><li>Validate product concepts. </li><li>Go-To-Market & Revenue Ownership </li><li>Go-To-Market & Revenue Ownership </li><li>Partner with Sales and Marketing. </li><li>Support revenue growth. </li><li>Build business cases. </li><li>Cross-Functional Leadership </li><li>Work with engineering and operational stakeholders to align vision with plan. </li><li>Foster collaboration across teams. </li><li>Mentor junior PMs. </li></ul> <p>Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Technical & Domain Knowledge </li><li>Telecom, 9-1-1 systems, cloud platforms, network infrastructure. </li><li>Understanding of modern software architecture. </li><li>2 + years of 911 / NG911 experience </li><li>Experience launching SaaS product(s) </li><li>Product Management Expertise </li><li>3-5+ years PM experience. </li><li>Demonstrated success defining strategy and managing road maps. </li><li>Business & Analytical Skills </li><li>Ability to create business cases and pricing models. </li><li>Strong analytical skills. </li><li>Leadership & Communication </li><li>Lead cross-functional teams. </li><li>Strong communication skills. </li></ul> <p>Education:</p> <ul> <li>MBA or advanced technical degree. </li></ul> <p>This position requires compliance with Comtech's Drug-Free Workplace Program.
