<p>AT A GLANCE</p> <p>RVO Health is looking for a Senior Product Referrals Manager, you will play a vital role in developing and managing our referral management system. You will be responsible for understanding customer needs, defining product requirements, and working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the success of our referral management solution.</p> <p>Where You'll Be</p> <p>To prioritize togetherness, culture, and accountability, RVO Health operates on a hybrid in-office work schedule. We expect employees to work from our Minneapolis office Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday each week. You are welcome to work remotely Mondays and Fridays if you wish.</p> <p>Address: 11000 Optum Cir Eden Prairie, MN 55344</p> <p>What You'll Do</p> <ul> <li>Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for the referral management module, aligning it with the overall company vision and goals. </li><li>Develop and maintain a detailed product roadmap, outlining the features, enhancements, and integrations needed for the referral management system. </li><li>Collaborate with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, clinicians, and IT teams, to gather and prioritize product requirements, ensuring they align with user needs and business objectives. </li><li>Work closely with the development team to translate requirements into user stories, manage the product backlog, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality software releases. </li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, customer support, and implementation, to ensure successful product launches, effective communication, and customer satisfaction. </li><li>Drive the user experience design process, ensuring that the referral management module is intuitive, user-friendly, and meets the needs of healthcare professionals. </li><li>Monitor product performance, track key metrics, and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions </li></ul> <p>What We're Looking For</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., computer science, business administration, healthcare informatics). </li><li>Proven experience (5+ years) as a Referral Systems Manager, preferably in the healthcare technology industry, with a focus on referral management or related solutions. </li><li>Strong understanding of the referral management process within healthcare organizations and familiarity with industry standards and regulations, including HL7, SFTP systems. </li><li>Proficiency in SQL, Python, or programming for data analysis. </li><li>Experience in healthcare data analytics tools and practices </li><li>Demonstrated experience in product strategy development, roadmap planning, and requirements gathering. </li><li>Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels. </li><li>Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market research, user feedback, and performance metrics to drive product improvements. </li><li>Familiarity development methodologies and experience working with development teams to deliver software solutions. </li><li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines. </li><li>Data Analytics experience is a plus </li></ul> <p>Pursuant to various state Fair Pay Acts, below is a summary of compensation elements for this role at the company.
