<p>Pay Grade/Pay Range: Minimum: $48,600 - Midpoint: $60,800 (Salaried E7)</p> <p>Department/Organization: 209312 - ACCESS</p> <p>Normal Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am to 4:45pm</p> <p>Note to Applicants: Position is eligible for hybrid work subject to University policy.</p> <p>Job Summary: The ACCESS Enrollment Specialist provides in-depth insight, advisory services, and expertise to K-12 professional counselors, building administrators, and district administrators in all areas related to enrollment in ACCESS Virtual Learning. Resolves questions, issues, and concerns from stakeholders over enrollment accuracy, clarity, and alignment with Alabama High School Graduation requirements. Develops enrollment-specific guidelines and processes in collaboration with the Alabama State Department of Education. Performs research to develop and implement best practices for enrollment processes. Provides direct, school-based support in ways that promote student success.</p> <p>Additional Department Summary: Provides in-depth insight, advisory services, and expertise to K-12 professional counselors, building administrators, and district administrators in all areas related to enrollment in ACCESS Virtual Learning.</p> <p>Required Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and two (2) years of academic registration or student records experience; OR master's degree or higher and some academic registration or student records experience.</p> <p>Preferred Qualifications: Experience as a professional K-12 school counselor.</p> <p>Background Investigation Statement: Prior to hiring, the final candidate(s) must successfully pass a pre-employment background investigation and information obtained from social media and other internet sources.
