Our team is growing, and we are looking for talented individuals like you!</p> <p>Position: Social Director</p> <p>Location: Bishops Gate at Somerset- Cincinnati, OH</p> <p>Office Hours: One day per week and two Saturdays each month</p> <p>Pay Rate: $18 - 20/hour (based on experience and qualifications), plus commissions and bonuses</p> <p>Community Size: 248 units</p> <p>Who You Are:</p> <ul> <li>A minimum of a year of experience leasing in multifamily housing, event planning or sales. </li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). </li><li>Fair housing and Yardi and CRM software knowledge (preferred). </li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent customer service abilities. </li><li>Meticulous with strong time management and multitasking skills. </li><li>Experience in showing properties, overseeing lease negotiations, and managing application processes. </li><li>Ability to conduct market surveys and competitive analysis. </li><li>Cheerful outlook with the ability to work independently. </li><li>Familiarity with maintaining and managing social media platforms. </li><li>Possession of a valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and auto-insurance. </li></ul> <p>What You Will Do:</p> <ul> <li>Plan and coordinate social events based on resident interests, staying within the set budget. </li><li>Negotiate with outside vendors such as caterers and entertainers, submitting contracts for final approval. </li><li>Prepare the community newsletter, featuring resident interviews, event photos, and future event announcements. </li><li>Oversee the content and accuracy of the community website. </li><li>Respond to inquiries and schedule appointments using the Signature method. </li><li>Show and lease apartments to qualified prospects as needed. </li><li>Review and explain lease paperwork and community rules to new residents. </li><li>Ensure lease paperwork is accurate and approved by the Community Manager. </li><li>Accurately enter traffic, move-ins, and leasing information into the Yardi system. </li></ul> <p>Why Towne Properties is a Great Place to Work:</p> <ul> <li>Benefits: 401(k) with company match </li><li>Professional Development: Ongoing paid training and professional development opportunities with Towne University. </li><li>Work Environment: A supportive and collaborative work environment. </li><li>Impact: The chance to make a meaningful impact in our communities. </li><li></li></ul> <p>Career Growth Opportunities:</p> <p>At Towne Properties, we promote from within.
