We're committed to making a positive impact on the world, providing you with diverse learning and working opportunities, and fostering a culture where everyone's empowered to be their best.</p> <p>Responsible for all stages of the extrusion process to ensure optimal standards for producing quality extruded sheet.</p> <p>Role and Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Monitor and control all aspects of quality assurance, rates, and yields. </li><li>Set up and control extrusion machinery to ensure optimal sheet production standards through monitoring blends, die adjustments, temperature profiles, speed settings, and collection systems. </li><li>Troubleshoot machine problems and assist maintenance to resolve equipment problems and/or make repairs </li><li>Oversee equipment, products, and controls to identify problems, such as heat and pressure monitoring issues, malfunctions, and product color and quality integrity concerns. </li><li>Monitor the staging and disposition of raw materials and finished goods. Material handling when needed. </li><li>Perform extrusion machine adjustments, set-ups, shut-downs, and changeovers. </li><li>Clean out blenders, mixers, and grinders as needed. Responsible for setting up blenders </li><li>Observe all safety requirements and maintain the work area in a neat and orderly condition.
