<p>Job Description:</p> <p>Job Description</p> <p>Instructors will teach course(s) within a specific discipline to a diverse student population at our Downtown Worcester campus. Responsibilities will include instructional preparation, assessment of student performance and assistance to students.</p> <p>Requirements:</p> <p>Minimum Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Graduate in Medical Assisting from an accredited medical assisting program. </li><li>Have a minimum total of three years of experience working full-time in an ambulatory clinic. </li><li>Has worked within the past three years working in an ambulatory clinic </li><li>Individual must also possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and have the ability to build successful relationships with students and faculty. </li><li>Improving student outcomes by utilizing a variety of instructional delivery methods, including technology and other innovative approaches. </li><li>Other duties are assigned. </li><li>Knowledge and ability to teach both the administrative and clinical skills to students. </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Associate Degree. Applicant must be a graduate of an education program in Medical Assisting from an accredited institution. </li><li>Current certification required (CMA or RMA) or relevant work experience </li><li>Teaching/training experience.
