We are looking for a Client Services Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our client's office in Columbus, OH!</p> <p>Schedule: 8:00am - 4:30pm, Monday - Friday</p> <p>Pay: $20.33/hr.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <p>In this role, you will greet and sign in visitors, answer and direct phone calls, and handle incoming and outgoing mail. You will also assist clients by escorting them to the appropriate office, helping them complete necessary paperwork, and using our system to provide status updates on their reviews. Additional responsibilities include preparing and analyzing reports to ensure data accuracy and keying applications into the Scyphus/Yardi system.</p> <p>Qualifications: One year of clerical and customer service experience in an office environment.
