If you thrive on face-to-face conversations, love solving problems in real-time, and want to work somewhere your personality actually matters - this gig's for you.</p> <p>GENZ RYAN OUTSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE TYPICAL DUTIES (Illustrative, Not Inclusive):</p> <ul> <li>Visit homeowners in around the twin cities through scheduled appointments by our dispatch team (typically 2-4 visits on average per day) </li><li>Perform both homeowner visits and in-office/phone prospecting and customer follow-ups on a daily basis. </li><li>Drive a company provided vehicle (and gas card) to deliver exceptional customer service for our valued customers. </li><li>Generating relationships with customers to offer the right HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical solutions to each homeowner </li><li>Master the art of objections and negotiation </li><li>Develop internal relationships with our technicians, warehouse staff, customer service and dispatch teams </li><li>Miscellaneous duties as assigned </li><li>At least 1+ year of job related experience in direct to consumer sales or related roles. </li><li>Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver's license. </li><li>A money hungry attitude and passion for building strong relationships </li><li>A high school diploma or GED preferred </li><li>Valid driver's license required* </li><li>Ability to work typical day shift hours Monday-Friday, with flexibility to work longer than 8 hours per day, and some weekend requirements that we work with you to schedule accordingly. </li><li>Highly organized with exceptional follow-through </li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills </li><li>Willing and able to accept and embrace change </li><li>Be part of a culture that gets sh!t done and has fun doing it! </li><li>Exceptional training and onboarding to set you up for success. </li><li>Career growth?
