They will be an integral part of the child's educational process, portraying a positive role model for children, parents, and the public. They will also deliver food and other program supplies/equipment to appropriate sites and to effectively support program operations with varying tasks such as light maintenance needs and assisting in the classroom.</p> <p>QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:</p> <ul> <li>A high school diploma or GED </li><li>A valid Wisconsin driver's license </li><li>A valid CDL (Commercial Drivers License) with Passenger (P) and School bus (S) endorsements </li><li>An excellent driving record for the past 5 years and less than 7 points on driving abstract </li><li>To successfully meet insurance underwriter's driving record requirements </li><li>The ability to lift 50 pounds </li><li>Successfully pass drug tests as mandated by federal law </li><li>Strong customer service skills </li><li>Experience working with low-income families and experience with disabled people is desirable </li><li>Experience with young children </li><li>Experience in vehicle and building maintenance </li><li>Training in first aid, defensive driving, safety and child development </li><li>Other duties as assigned </li><li>Part Year employees have built in vacations which include summer break, 2 weeks in winter, and spring break (part year staff follow the school district calendar in which their program is located) </li></ul> <p>We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
