<p>Poste et missions</p> <p>The Learning & Development and Talent Management Specialist is responsible for leading the Learning & Development (L&D) initiatives and driving talent management strategies within the organization. This role will enhance employee effectiveness across all levels and support the overall strategic goals of Natixis in the Americas while also contributing to the organization's Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives.</p> <p>Essential Duties and Responsibilities</p> <p>Learning & Development</p> <ul> <li>Plan, design, and customize L&D programs to align with Natixis' strategy in the Americas, enhancing both individual and collective effectiveness at all employee levels. </li><li>Define and manage the L&D budget to ensure optimal resource allocation. </li><li>Collaborate closely with business lines and the HRBP team to identify skills and capability gaps, developing targeted learning solutions. </li><li>Coordinate with global and regional L&D stakeholders to ensure consistency and leverage best practices across the Americas platform. </li><li>Utilize analytical and innovative thinking to design, develop, and deliver high-quality L&D programs and initiatives. </li><li>Evaluate and integrate solutions from external vendors, including instructor-led training, technology-driven learning, gamification, and assessments, to create innovative talent development programs. </li><li>Lead and pilot programs specifically focused on Leadership and Management development. </li><li>Support and guide team members in leading and piloting L&D initiatives across various domains. </li><li>Facilitate team building, staff engagement, and employee well-being through creative planning and innovative initiatives. </li><li>Assist the organization in implementing change management processes and new ways of working. </li></ul> <p>Talent Management</p> <ul> <li>Develop and implement talent management strategies that align with organizational goals. </li><li>Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development through effective talent management practices. </li><li>Collaborate with HR and business leaders to identify high-potential employees and create tailored development plans. </li><li>Utilize corporate demographic data and employee feedback to inform talent management strategies and improve program effectiveness. </li><li>Manage multiple projects involving HR and external stakeholders to drive talent development initiatives. </li></ul> <p>The salary range for this position will be between $125,000 - $155,000. Natixis is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. Actual base salary will vary and will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, education, skills set, applicable licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. Base salary is only one component of our total rewards package. Natixis also offers a generous benefits package, and you may be eligible for a discretionary incentive award depending on company and individual performance.</p>
