Due to growth, we are looking for an Apprentice to work out of the Tampa, Florida metro area.</p> <p>As an Elevator Apprentice you will be responsible for assisting the Mechanic on repair jobs, keeping the tools and job site organized, running parts and materials, and maintaining tools, equipment and components to ensure safe work practices.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Assist the Mechanic with the repair of elevators. </li><li>Transport tools, equipment, and materials to and from work sites. </li><li>Hold, position, and secure parts during installation or repair tasks. </li><li>Clean machine parts, rails, and cables as instructed. </li><li>Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe work environment. </li><li>Help with troubleshooting and diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues. </li><li>Maintain a clean and organized work environment at job sites. </li><li>Performs other duties as assigned. </li></ul>
