<p>##### About the Role</p> <p>Advertising at Uber means navigating ambiguity, earning trust fast, and solving problems that don't come with a script. As a Partner Manager for our newly forming Grocery & Convenience vertical, you aren't just managing accounts; you are building long-term, high-impact partnerships in a fast-changing environment where performance and client satisfaction are the only metrics that matter.</p> <p>This role is high-stakes and grounded in the "messy reality" of doing big things at scale. You will lead with an Owner Mindset, connecting major Grocery & Convenience brands to our global user base across Mobility and Delivery platforms. We are looking for someone energized by the pressure of managing a campaign lifecycle from first kick-off, to reporting to up-selling. If you're ready to help "write the playbook" rather than just follow one, this is where you'll grow.</p> <p>##### What You'll Do</p> <ol> <li>Go Get It: Partner with Client Partners to execute high-impact Retail ads strategies that crush partner objectives and exceed quarterly growth goals with a relentless bias for action. </li><li>Trip Obsessed: Act as the Voice of the Customer for the Retail vertical. Deeply understand client marketing goals and proactively recommend solutions that solve real-world partner needs. </li><li>See the Forest and the Trees: Manage the granular details of complex campaign executions and technical specifications while maintaining high-level relationships with key marketing decision-makers. </li><li>One Uber: Serve as an indispensable cross-functional lead, collaborating with Ad Ops, Product, and Measurement teams to ensure seamless delivery and total organizational alignment. </li><li>Build with Heart: Bring your Analytical A-Game to the table. Develop data-backed methodologies to highlight trends and provide meaningful insights that drive better performance and increased investment. </li><li>Great Minds Don't Think Alike: Employ critical thinking and creative problem-solving to navigate difficult partner conversations and solve unique business challenges within the Retail landscape. </li><li>Execution Excellence: Drive internal initiatives and build best-practice playbooks that increase team efficiency and drive partner adoption at scale. </li></ol> <p>##### Basic Qualifications</p> <ol> <li>4+ years experience. </li><li>Proven track record in end-to-end Large Customer Digital Advertising Account Management. </li></ol> <p>##### Preferred Qualifications</p> <ol> <li>Scale & Complexity: Experience running large-scale ad campaigns and partnering with sophisticated, global Grocery & Convenience brands and agency partners. </li><li>Data-Driven Storytelling: Expert ability to flex analytical skills and use data to quantify opportunities and influence & up-sell executive decision-makers. </li><li>Operational Rigor: Excellent negotiation, forecasting, communication, and organizational skills. </li><li>Speed & Resourcefulness: High learning agility and a Go Get It mentality; comfortable navigating ambiguity and making smart decisions with imperfect information. </li></ol> <p>For Chicago, IL-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$102,000 per year - USD$113,500 per year.</p> <p>For New York, NY-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$113,000 per year - USD$126,000 per year.</p> <p>For San Francisco, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$113,000 per year - USD$126,000 per year.</p> <p>For all US locations, you will be eligible to participate in Uber's bonus program, and may be offered sales bonuses & other types of comp. All full-time employees are eligible to participate in a 401(k) plan. You will also be eligible for various benefits.
