The Program Supervisor designs and implements programs and initiatives that improve the quality of life for patients living with HIV. The Program Supervisor manages programmatic staff and represents NBCH's Ryan White Program in external forums with state and federal funding sources and community agencies.</p> <p>At NBCH we provide high quality care to meet the needs of our diverse patients. We offer a variety of services to the community, including Primary & Urgent care, Women's Health, Pediatrics, Adult Medicine, Behavioral Health, Dental Care and Office-Based Addiction Treatment.</p> <p>Who we're looking for:</p> <ul> <li>Experienced professional working and collaborating with community partners. </li><li>Experience professional with Grant activity oversight preferred. </li><li>Knowledgeable of HIV prevention and treatment preferred. </li></ul> <p>We offer a work/life balance that other organizations may not be able to provide:</p> <ul> <li>Monday - Friday: No nights and Weekends off. </li><li>Closed when traveling conductions are deemed too dangerous for staff & patients means less childcare hassles when school is cancelled </li><li>Affordable, low-deductible Medical Insurance that starts on day 1 </li><li>23 personal days off a year. </li><li>An additional 12 paid holidays. </li><li>Tuition reimbursement </li><li>No cost Short Term Disability Insurance </li><li>No cost Life insurance </li><li>Opportunities in urgent care, women's health, pediatrics, adult medicine, infectious disease and possible growth opportunities. </li><li>Certificate Differentials and Stipends based off eligibility. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Essential Functions:</p> <ul> <li>Directly supervises Ryan White programmatic staff. </li><li>Collaborate with community partners, attend community meetings, and coordinate outreach opportunities. </li><li>Collaborates with other department leaders (i.e. Nurse Manager, Associate Medical Director) to remove barriers to care and address identified health disparities. </li><li>Oversees grant activities on an ongoing basis to ensure compliance with program requirements. </li><li>Participates in monitoring calls with funding agencies. </li><li>Collects and analyzes data to report on effectiveness of the Ryan White Program and uses that data to develop ways to address issues related to the quality of care. </li><li>Facilitates Consumer Advisory Board (CAB) meetings. </li><li>Assists Director of Compliance & Ryan White Services with quality improvement initiatives- will oversee quality improvement activities associated with projects to ensure quality of care and services as well as compliance with performance measures. </li><li>Ensures staff participation in training and development programs as well as weekly department meetings. </li><li>Serve as Patient Advocate and will follow up on incident reports as appropriate. </li><li>Other duties as assigned by supervisor. </li></ul> <p>New Bedford Community Health is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate against any person based on race, color, sex, national origin, religion, age, genetic information, disability, veteran status, or any other lawfully protected status.
