<p>GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES</p> <p>Responsible for support and administration of student and residency programs for assigned areas of business. Works in collaboration with appropriate stakeholders to strategically address workforce needs and develop talent pipelines for employment with TR. Responsible for the development, execution and administration of student, resident, and non-employee rotations and program development. Collaborate with leaders, community partners and various educational institutions and residency programs, developing relationships, managing agreements and interacting with individual learners and other stakeholders.</p> <p>ESSENTIAL DUTIES</p> <ul> <li>In collaboration with organizational leaders, responsible for the development of an annual corporate wide Student and Residency plan. Updates student and residency policies and procedures to assure alignment with strategic plan. </li><li>Leads communication between individual corporate departments, affiliated schools and Terry Reilly leadership to manage affiliation agreements, ensure appropriate utilization of preceptors, manage corporate liability and streamline processes. </li><li>Works with leaders to plan and facilitate department specific goals for student and residency workforce. Collaborates with internal/external stakeholders to plan rotations/residency placements, tracks progress, follows up and rounds with staff. </li><li>Develops preceptor program and needed training to ensure quality student and residency rotations. </li><li>Ensures requirements of affiliation agreements and student / residency goals and objectives in education entities are being met. </li><li>Coordinates with HR leadership to develop and deliver mandatory student/volunteer/resident trainings on compliance related topics identified in the Training and Development Policy. </li><li>Coordinates logistics of training related to the student/volunteer/residency program including curriculum development, educational materials, facility scheduling and setup, subject matter expert selection, scheduling, and training evaluation. </li><li>Administers student applicant tracking platforms and systems to facilitate the application, selection, onboarding and compliance tracking requirements of students seeking placement with Terry Reilly int accordance with Terry Reilly policies and applicable employment law. </li><li>Organizes and represents the company at recruiting events, job fairs, and industry conferences to enhance visibility. </li><li>Administers Terry Reilly's Student/Volunteer program and maintains organization wide dashboard of student/volunteer program activities. </li><li>Develop reporting and program evaluation through surveys and other activities to ensure program meets organizational goals. </li></ul> <p>MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree or relevant training and experience in education, training, and employee development </li><li>Experience in workforce development programs and administration. </li><li>Strong conceptualization capabilities to introduce new ideas and solutions that will improve methods, procedures, or systems. </li><li>Strong communication skills, spelling skills and proficient computer skills </li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. </li><li>Well organized, project management experience. </li><li>Strong computer skills with experience using Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel. </li><li>Effective time management and organizational skills with the ability to work independently. </li></ul> <p>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS</p> <ul> <li>Master's degree in education or health administration or related field. </li><li>Specialized training or certificate and/or related experience in the field of education, training, and employee development. </li></ul>
