If you're ready to grow your career with a team that values your skills and supports your development, this is the opportunity for you!</p> <p>Pay: $26.50-$28.00 | Sign-On Bonus: $3,000</p> <p>Shift Options</p> <ul> <li>Night Shift: 8:00 PM - 8:00 AM </li><li>Day Shift: 7:45 AM - 8:00 PM </li><li>2 - 2 - 3 rotating schedule </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or GED </li><li>2+ years of technical/vocational training with certification </li><li>1-3 years of industrial maintenance experience (3+ years preferred) </li><li>Proficiency in using CMMS software (SAP preferred) </li><li>Familiarity with blueprints and electrical schematics (preferred) </li><li>Knowledge of IR technology, lubrication (Level I), oil analysis, and laser alignment </li><li>Understanding of 5 Whys and FMEA methodologies (preferred) </li></ul> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Troubleshoot and repair electrical circuits, hydraulics, pneumatics, and plant machinery </li><li>Install, align, and calibrate motors, blowers, and equipment </li><li>Rebuild gearboxes and pumps; apply basic HVAC and plumbing skills </li><li>Perform calibrations and diagnose equipment breakdowns </li><li>Train production staff on basic maintenance procedures </li><li>Log activities in SAP and coordinate with vendors </li><li>Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas </li></ul> <p>Benefits:</p> <p>A full benefits package will be provided upon hire, designed to support your health, wellness, and financial goals.</p> <p>Ready to take the next step in your maintenance career?
