<p>Kforce has a client that is seeking an innovative Mobile AI Developer to join their digital banking technology team in Armonk, NY.</p> <p>Summary: This role blends native mobile development (iOS & Android) with cutting-edge Generative AI to create Agentic AI-powered banking experiences. You will lead the design and development of intelligent, conversational, and context-aware features within our mobile banking apps-driven by Microsoft Copilot, Azure OpenAI, and native device capabilities. This is a unique opportunity to help shape the future of banking with AI that proactively supports customers, anticipates needs, and delivers real-time insights securely on mobile.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Mobile AI Developer will design, build, and maintain native iOS (Swift) and Android (Kotlin) apps with seamless integration of AI-powered features </li><li>Leverage Microsoft Copilot SDKs, Copilot Studio, and Azure OpenAI to embed intelligent agents into the mobile banking experience </li><li>Architect Agentic AI flows that operate autonomously within compliance boundaries - capable of learning, adapting, and acting based on user context and behavior </li><li>Collaborate with UX teams to create intuitive, conversational AI interfaces across mobile platforms </li><li>Integrate backend services via Azure Functions, API Management, and Secure APIs for real-time data access </li><li>As a Mobile AI Developer, you will apply prompt engineering and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) techniques to power custom GenAI features (e.g., financial insights, fraud detection explainers, chatbot agents) </li><li>Ensure mobile app security and compliance with banking regulations including data encryption, biometric authentication, and secure session handling </li><li>Work cross-functionally with cloud architects, data scientists, and security teams to scale GenAI capabilities across mobile productsMobile Development: </li><li>5+ years of experience in native iOS (Swift) and Android (Kotlin) development </li><li>Proficiency with Xcode, Android Studio, and modern mobile frameworks (Jetpack Compose, SwiftUI) </li><li>Solid grasp of mobile architecture patterns (MVVM, Clean Architecture) </li></ul> <p>AI & Copilot Integration:</p> <ul> <li>Hands-on experience with Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Copilot SDKs/APIs, or Copilot Studio </li><li>Demonstrated use of LLMs (GPT, Codex) in production apps or POCs </li><li>Ability to design and deploy autonomous AI agents with goal-oriented task management </li></ul> <p>Azure Cloud & DevOps:</p> <ul> <li>Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps) for mobile + AI deployments </li><li>Strong knowledge of Azure AI Services, Azure Functions, App Services, and Cognitive Services </li><li>Familiarity with Azure Identity (Azure AD) and security best practices </li></ul> <p>Nice to Have:</p> <ul> <li>Experience building AI-powered apps for financial institutions or fintech </li><li>Knowledge of RegTech, Explainable AI (XAI), or AI auditing </li><li>Exposure to Power Platform, Logic Apps, or Copilot extensions for Microsoft 365 </li><li>Interest in Edge AI (e.g., CoreML, TensorFlow Lite) for offline scenarios </li></ul>
