<p>We are seeking an Inventory Control Supervisor to oversee inventory operations, lead teams, and ensure accurate stock levels in a high-volume warehouse environment. The ideal candidate is proficient in SAP, WMS, Kronos, and Excel, with a strong focus on KPI performance, audits, and cross-functional coordination to support Arvato's operational excellence.</p> <p>YOUR TASKS</p> <ul> <li>Overseeing inventory management activities, including the coordination of shipping, receiving, and traffic management. </li><li>Work closely with all departments to coordinate inventory-related tasks and maintain order accuracy. </li><li>Monitor and evaluate employee performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular feedback. </li><li>Develop and maintain cycle-count and inventory-control processes to ensure accurate stock levels. </li><li>Document, update, and ensure adherence to inventory procedures and quality standards. </li><li>Maintain appropriate levels of inventory supplies and equipment for operational efficiency. </li><li>Update and maintain warehouse management systems (WMS), Kronos, and relevant metrics in Excel. </li><li>Conduct variance investigations and complete audit documentation to ensure inventory accuracy. </li></ul> <p>YOUR PROFILE</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree or a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a warehouse or inventory management environment. </li><li>APICS Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) certification preferred. </li><li>Proficiency with SAP, WMS, and other warehouse management systems. </li><li>Strong knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel, and Windows operating systems. </li><li>Excellent mathematical skills for inventory analysis and management. </li><li>Knowledge of traffic coordination and experience managing large volumes of orders. </li><li>Experience with Cherry Picker/Reach Truck operation. </li><li>Shift hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm </li><li>Work location: 2500 Export Drive, Louisville, KY 40219 </li></ul> <p>WE OFFER</p> <ul> <li>Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, and Disability Pay. </li><li>401(k) with company matching up to 6%. </li><li>Paid Time Off, including paid holidays. </li><li>Flexible Spending Accounts. </li><li>Voluntary benefits such as legal and financial assistance, pet insurance, and more. </li><li>Employee Assistance Program. </li><li>Ongoing employee development opportunities including tuition reimbursement, scholarships, and training. </li><li>Commuter benefits. </li><li>Employee engagement activities. </li></ul>
