Raise your hand if that's you!</p> <p>This position is located in Titles & Registration / Infrastructure Maintenance Fee (IMF) Unit, Headquarters, Blythewood SC.</p> <p>There will be two positions filled with this posting</p> <p>Responsibilities of the IMF Program Assistant</p> <ul> <li>Uses DMV Phoenix system to process IMF payment and Out of Trust Dealer transactions. </li><li>Reviews, reconciles, interprets, and reports IMF and Out of Trust data, recommending appropriate action for violation fee payments. </li><li>Performs refund research working closely with Field Offices, Dealers and Accounting to have records updated in the database. </li><li>Serves as a support function for DMV Field Offices, Dealers to assist, and guide with questions about IMF and Out of trust. </li><li>Performs quality assurance audits on IMF and Out of Trust processing. </li><li>Performs other related duties as requested. </li></ul> <p>Minimum and Additional Requirements</p> <p>Minimum Requirement</p> <ul> <li>A high school diploma and relevant program experience. A bachelor's degree may be substituted for the required program experience. </li><li>An equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be accepted with prior approval. </li></ul> <p>Agency Requirements</p> <ul> <li>Must complete a nationwide criminal background check to include finger printing. </li></ul> <p>Additional Requirements</p> <ul> <li>Knowledge of agency policies, procedures, rules, regulations, and program service related to Vehicle Titles and Registration, Infrastructure Maintenance Fee (IMF) program, and Out of Trust Dealer processing. </li><li>Knowledge of modern office practices, procedures and equipment </li><li>Knowledge of Phoenix system </li><li>Ability to use Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, Outlook and Access. </li><li>Ability to deal effectively with internal/external customers both orally and in writing. </li><li>The ability to develop efficient processes and value oriented change. </li><li>Works under general supervision; however, has discretion to use good judgement in accordance with Best Practices and Procedures. </li><li>Works in climate-controlled environment at Blythewood Headquarters with normal work hours of 8:30 am to 5:00 pm Monday-Friday. </li><li>May require limited travel. </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications</p> <p>Agency Preferred</p> <ul> <li>A high school diploma and (4) or more years of experience with relevant program experience. </li></ul> <p>Additional Comments</p> <p>What's in it for you?</p> <p>At the SCDMV you get to be part of an exceptional team and diverse culture that nurtures mutual success for our customers, employees and our communities.
