<p>The REPO Plus Claims Supervisor manages a team of 6-10 Processors, Investigators, or Material Damage Analysts within the REPO Plus department. They are responsible for the overall guidance, technical direction, production, and outcomes of the team. The REPO Plus Claims Supervisor will oversee their team's performance management and promotional eligibility. Additionally, they will engage with clients as it relates to day-to-day operational management of an account including document handling, inquiries, and other lender-specific workflows/processes.</p> <ul> <li>Job Duties and Responsibilities: </li></ul> <p>Direct Team Supervision and Performance Management (60%)</p> <ul> <li> <p>Responsible for directing and monitoring the work within their team including:</p> </li><li> <p>Managing assignments</p> </li><li> <p>Monitoring pending inventory including aging, cycle times, inactivity, closures</p> </li><li> <p>Ensuring recovery and/or production targets are achieved based on position requirements</p> </li><li> <p>Provide technical direction for all positions on their team including directing any necessary training</p> </li><li> <p>Monitor the performance of each team member to maintain the department's required levels of production and to meet the goals set by the Director and above.</p> </li><li> <p>Will complete all performance appraisals timely and to the standards required by the Director</p> </li><li> <p>Will monitor and address any performance management issues within the team up to, and including, termination.</p> </li><li> <p>Will monitor the performance of any associate eligible for promotion and work with that associate to achieve the same</p> </li><li> <p>Ensures QA measures are met within their team</p> </li></ul> <p>Lender Specific Operational Management (20%)</p> <ul> <li> <p>Responsible for maintaining day-to-day operational contacts with several lenders' clients as it relates to:</p> </li><li> <p>Lender document requests and follow up</p> </li><li> <p>Hold/Release requests with lenders including salvage title and repossession tile handling</p> </li><li> <p>Provides feedback to lenders relative to inquiries and reporting. This can be daily, weekly, monthly, or quarterly as prescribed by the lender.</p> </li><li> <p>Provides reporting to lenders as needed</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain any client-specific workflow documents as new clients are implemented or existing workflows/processes change</p> </li></ul> <p>Hiring and Training (10%)</p> <ul> <li> <p>Will act as the hiring manager for any opening on their team</p> </li><li> <p>Work with HR to screen candidates</p> </li><li> <p>Perform interviews to identify potential hires</p> </li><li> <p>Provide any feedback to HR as needed</p> </li><li> <p>Provide the initial training plan and organize the resources to complete the training</p> </li><li> <p>They may require the REPO Plus Claim Supervisor to provide direct training to any new associate including those within roles outside those on their team</p> </li><li> <p>Monitor the training progress of their new team members to ensure speed to recovery or production targets are met (role dependent)</p> </li><li> <p>Monitor the ongoing training needs of their team members as workflows/processes or regulations change over time</p> </li></ul> <p>Process Improvement Projects (10%)</p> <ul> <li> <p>Will be involved as required in various Process Improvement Projects including:</p> </li><li> <p>New process development and testing</p> </li><li> <p>Existing process modification and testing</p> </li><li> <p>Will work with new and existing vendors/suppliers as needed</p> </li><li> <p>Provide feedback to Director and above as it relates to any new lender-specific or other workflow.</p> </li><li> <p>Provide feedback relative to existing workflows and any needed change or enhancement</p> </li><li> <p>Qualifications (Education, Experience, Certifications & KSA):</p> </li><li> <p>High School Diploma or GED required</p> </li><li> <p>Bachelor's Degree preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience</p> </li><li> <p>5 - 7 years of related experience</p> </li><li> <p>Less than 2 years of leadership experience is required.</p> </li></ul> <p>The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by people assigned to this job.
