This job requires being on-site in Orem, Utah.</p> <p>Summary:</p> <p>The Product Owner works closely with cross-functional teams to support the development and delivery of digital products. This position involves gathering requirements, organizing product backlogs, and ensuring alignment with business objectives. The Product Owner works across a broad set of business stakeholders, facilitating clear communication and managing priorities.</p> <p>Essential Functions:</p> <ul> <li>Assist in defining and managing the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business priorities </li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document product requirements </li><li>Communicate updates and feedback to stakeholders, ensuring clarity and understanding </li><li>Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate product features before release </li><li>Monitor the development process and provide feedback on progress </li><li>Track product performance and generate reports for management </li><li>Support the Product Operations team in troubleshooting and resolving product-related issues </li><li>Perform other related duties as needed to meet the ongoing needs of SecurityMetrics </li><li>This position does not have supervisory responsibilities </li></ul> <p>Skills & Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Strong communication and collaboration skills </li><li>Strong understanding of product development and agile methodologies </li><li>Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Jira, Smartsheet) </li><li>Strong problem-solving and organizational skills </li></ul> <p>Required Education and Experience:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field </li><li>1-2 years of experience in product management or IT related fields </li></ul> <p>Preferred Education and Experience:</p> <ul> <li>4 years of experience in a relevant IT or product-related role </li><li>A combination of education and experience may meet the requirements </li><li>2+ years of experience with Salesforce </li></ul> <p>Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:</p> <p>This position requires the incumbent to be physically present in the office. Occasional remote work can be accommodated by the employee's direct supervisor.</p>
