<p>Bank of Marin, voted by our employees as one of the "Best Places to Work" in the North Bay Business Journal, is seeking a Senor Loan Documentation Specialist to join our Credit Risk Management team located at either our corporate office in Novato or office in Rancho Cordova. This position supports the loan documentation/quality control functions of the Bank by preparing loan documents for all commercial, consumer, real estate and construction loans, at the highest level of complexity ensuring that all bank policies, procedures and applicable compliance regulations are adhered to; work with officers to structure the more complex transactions, and document accurately and efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction and Bank compliance.</p> <p>Professional / Educational Experience</p> <ul> <li>3 - 5 years related experience and/or training. Associate's degree (A.A.) from a two-year college or technical school; or equivalent combination of experience and/or training. </li></ul> <p>The hourly hiring pay range for this position is $29.08 to $41.31. In addition to the pay range listed, all bank positions are eligible for incentive compensation, which varies based on role.
