We Stand For Service is more than part of our name, it's our mission and our purpose.</p> <p>The Financial Performance and Analysis Manager is a key leadership role responsible for leading the financial planning and analysis activities within the Consumer Banking division. The incumbent drives budgeting, forecasting, business case development, and performance reporting to support strategic initiatives and senior leadership decision-making. The role collaborates closely with the VP, Director of Consumer Banking Finance and Analytics, functioning as a strategic partner and trusted deputy on high-priority initiatives. The Financial Performance and Analysis Manager oversees a team of three, guiding their work while developing their capabilities in financial modeling and strategic analysis. This is a high-visibility role with influence across business units, incentive planning, and performance management.</p> <p>Job Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Lead the consolidation and delivery of monthly and quarterly financial performance packages, including Profit & Loss and balance sheet analysis. </li><li>Deliver actionable insights and storytelling to enhance decision-making across the Consumer Banking division. </li><li>Develop and refine innovate reporting tools. </li><li>Conduct peer benchmarking to provide external performance context. </li><li>Manage, coach, and develop direct reports to ensure delivery of high-quality financial analysis. </li><li>Partner with business unit leaders to develop and maintain business driver models, in support of business cases and initiatives. </li><li>Oversee Consumer Banking incentive plans and ensure alignment with strategic and financial outcomes. </li><li>Support senior leadership financial communication by preparing presentations and insights for Consumer Banking leadership. </li><li>Act as a proxy for the VP in selected forums or project meetings. </li><li>Lead components of the annual planning cycle, ensuring business unit inputs align with bank-wide strategic goals. </li><li>Develop forecasts and scenario models to assess impact of market or operational shifts. </li></ul> <p>Minimum Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred). </li><li>A minimum of 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in consumer banking or a related industry. </li><li>A minimum 5 years of experience with direct or matrixed team leadership. </li><li>Must have expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and performance management. </li><li>Must have strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills. </li><li>Must have advanced Excel skills: familiarity with systems such as Power BI, preferred. </li><li>Must have the ability to translate financial data into compelling business narratives. </li><li>Must have expertise in financial analysis, Profit & Loss reporting, and balance sheet management. </li><li>Must be proficient with financial tools and software (e.g., Excel, financial modeling platforms). </li><li>Must have strong leadership and talent development skills. </li><li>Must have exceptional communication skills to communicate with management and senior, with the ability to present complex data in a clear, actionable way. </li><li>Must have a proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing attention to detail with holistic thinking. </li><li>Must have proven ability to engage with both individual contributors and leaders of all levels in constructive and collaborative relationships. </li></ul> <p>Salary Range:</p> <p>$90,604.00 - $148,847.50</p> <p>Individual base pay may vary on additional factors such as the candidate's experience, job-related skills, relevant education, geographic location, and other specific business and organizational needs.</p> <p>In addition to base salary, WSFS Financial Corporation (WSFS) and its subsidiaries may offer eligible Associates discretionary and formula-based incentive and retention awards.
