<p>Who we seek:</p> <p>We are seeking a skilled Senior Salesforce Administrator to join our Business Systems Team reporting to the GTM System Architect. The ideal candidate will not only be technically proficient but also able to connect the day-to-day details and apply them to big picture thinking. We're looking for someone who knows how to balance competing priorities and knows what it's like to provide excellent customer service to our internal stakeholders.</p> <p>We're looking for someone who enjoys diving deep into business processes, likes working cross-functionally, and can enjoy the day-to-day support that is needed from the business.</p> <p>What you'll do:</p> <ul> <li>Serve as primary point of contact for Salesforce-related inquiries and technical support; Additionally, providing support for integrations related to Salesforce </li><li>Collaborate with cross functional teams to understand business requirements and develop solutions for long term sustainability </li><li>Perform regular system maintenance including security, data maintenance, and user management settings </li><li>Assist in implementation of new Salesforce features and functionalities including UAT and rollout activities </li><li>Collaborate with the team to understand the evolving nature of the salesforce platform and translate them into solutions </li></ul> <p>What you'll bring:</p> <ul> <li>3-5 years of experience in operations or business systems with enterprise software services group </li><li>Experience with Sales, CS, and Service tools such as Salesforce CPQ, Service Cloud, Certinia, Planhat </li><li>"Self-starter" mentality with experience in fast-paced environments </li><li>Strong analytical ability with a passion for problem-solving and process improvement </li><li>Experience on the Salesforce platform in a Salesforce Administrator role with a focus on end user support and implementation </li><li>Demonstrated ability to be a team player, with a collaborative mindset and willingness to assist colleagues as needed </li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills </li><li>Strong organization skills with the ability to manage multiple ongoing projects for various stakeholders </li><li>Salesforce Administrator certification and Salesforce Platform App Builder Certification preferred </li></ul> <p>Our Values:</p> <p>We look for people who embody our values - Care, Do, Try & Shine.</p> <ul> <li>Care - We care about our customers and each other </li><li>Do - We do what it takes to make a positive impact </li><li>Try - We try our best and we don't give up </li><li>Shine - We shine and make it our mission to always stand out </li></ul> <p>The annual base salary range is $130,000 - $145,000. Actual salaries will vary and are based on a candidate's qualifications, skills, and competencies. Salary is just one component of our Compensation Philosophy.
