If you're ready to make a real difference and grow your career in a collaborative, forward-thinking environment, we want to hear from you.</p> <p>How you'll make an impact</p> <ul> <li> <p>Collaborate with senior consultants to plan and execute energy consulting studies.</p> </li><li> <p>Design and simulate power systems using advanced modeling tools.</p> </li><li> <p>Deliver high-quality technical reports and compelling presentations.</p> </li><li> <p>Engage directly with clients to provide expert technical guidance.</p> </li><li> <p>Identify and implement practical solutions for business and process improvements.</p> </li><li> <p>Serve as a trusted advisor on complex power system challenges.</p> </li><li> <p>Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.</p> </li></ul> <p>Your background</p> <ul> <li> <p>Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering (Power/Energy Systems) with 3+ years of experience, or Master's with 1+ year, or PhD.</p> </li><li> <p>Proficiency in power system simulation tools such as PSS/E, PSCAD, MATLAB, DSATools, ETAP, CYME, SKM, or ASPEN is preferred.</p> </li><li> <p>Exposure to AI/ML applications in power systems is a plus.</p> </li><li> <p>Experience in transmission planning, load flow, stability, or electromagnetic transients preferred.</p> </li><li> <p>Familiarity with renewables, energy storage, or EV charging systems is advantageous.</p> </li><li> <p>Strong communication and analytical skills.</p> </li><li> <p>Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in the United States.</p> </li></ul> <p>More about us</p> <p>We pride ourselves on offering a holistic range of competitive benefits to support your financial, physical and mental wellbeing and personal development.
