On a daily basis this will include:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Deliver fast and efficient solutions to business partners, resellers, regional service centers, end-users, and internal Trimble teams.</p> </li><li> <p>Provide advanced technical product assistance on problems of diverse scope, where the analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors.</p> </li><li> <p>Participate in ongoing product development, representing the voice of the customer.</p> </li><li> <p>Perform system acceptance testing.</p> </li><li> <p>Develop technical communications in multiple media formats, including digital documents and videos.</p> </li></ul> <p>What Skills & Experience You Should Bring</p> <ul> <li> <p>You'll need a passion for problem solving and helping people. Strong collaboration, planning, troubleshooting, and analytical skills are a must.</p> </li><li> <p>Field experience or higher education in a relevant field of study (such as a Survey Engineer, Lead Surveyor, Survey Manager, Data Prep specialist)</p> </li><li> <p>Effective decision-making and the ability to work independently</p> </li><li> <p>Very good written and verbal communication skills in the English language.</p> </li><li> <p>Proven ability to achieve results.</p> </li><li> <p>Field experience with machine control would be a plus; Heavy Equipment Operator or Paving Operator would be desired as well.</p> </li><li> <p>Physical requirements may include the need to occasionally bend, kneel, reach and climb to perform work.
