<p>Job Purpose:</p> <ul> <li>The MS Therapist (Unlicensed) at LIFESTREAM BEHAVIORAL CENTER is responsible for providing therapeutic services to clients under supervision, utilizing evidence-based approaches to support mental health and well-being. This role involves collaborating with a team of professionals to deliver high-quality care and contribute to the development of treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client. </li></ul> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Conduct intake assessments to determine client needs and establish appropriate treatment goals. </li><li>Provide individual and group therapy sessions under the supervision of a licensed therapist. </li><li>Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with the supervising therapist and other team members. </li><li>Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes. </li><li>Participate in case consultations and team meetings to discuss client progress and treatment strategies. </li><li>Stay informed about current best practices and developments in the field of mental health therapy. </li><li>Assist in crisis intervention and management as needed. </li><li>Uphold ethical standards and confidentiality in all client interactions. </li></ul>
