<p>We are seeking an energetic, outgoing, and highly motivated Assistant Community Manager to help with the day-to-day operations of an apartment community. In this client facing role, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining business at Spanish Lake Townhomes in St. Louis, Missouri.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Manage and organize paperwork. </li><li>Maintain positive relations with residents and prospects </li><li>Special projects as assigned by the Community Manager </li><li>Show apartments, process applications and other leasing activities </li><li>Assist with rent collections, accounts payable and accounts receivables </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>2 or more years in Multi-Family Property Management </li><li>Experience with Yardi and CRM is highly preferred </li><li>Candidates must have a valid drivers license, reliable transportation, and automotive insurance </li><li>Positive attitude and professional demeanor </li><li>Excellent communication and organizational skills are required </li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is a must, at least a basic skill level, intermediate level preferred </li></ul> <p>Friedman Real Estate is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
