<p>Collaborate with Leaders to develop and revise screening indicators. Provide on-site training and follow-up for performance improvement teams.</p> <p>Oversee tasks such as identify improvement opportunities and goals, implement action plans and activities, monitor/assess data, evaluate performance measures and outcomes, and update procedures.
