<p>HealthPoint is growing and in search of a Family Practice Physician to join the Newport Kentucky team.</p> <p>Schedule: M, W,H, F- 36 Hours per week</p> <p>Monday: First pt appt time 8:30am | Last pt appt time 6:40</p> <p>Wednesday: First pt appt time 8:30am | Last pt appt time 4:50</p> <p>Thursday: First pt appt time 8:30am | Last pt appt time 4:50</p> <p>Friday: First pt appt time 8:30am | Last pt appt time 4:50</p> <p>Sign on Bonus: $25,000 paid after 90 continuous days of employment</p> <p>Relocation reimbursement: Up to $10,000</p> <p>CME and License Fees Up to $4,600</p> <p>Retention Bonus: $8,000 after 2 and 3 years of service. $8,500 after 5 and 7 years of service. $9,000 after 10 years and every 5 years thereafter.</p> <p>Paid Time Off: 240 Hours of PTO</p> <p>Holidays: Up to 10 Paid Holidays (applicable national Holidays plus your Birthday off)</p> <p>401K: $1 for $1 match on first 3% of income and $0.50 on the next 2% for a max match at 4% of your income.
