<p>Production Control Coordinator</p> <p>Summary</p> <p>This position reports to the Production Control Information Manager in Wakarusa and is primarily responsible for creating Bill of Materials for support plants in the ERP system for automated processing and inventory control/management.</p> <p>Duties and Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Create and maintain print BOMs for support plants in the ERP system </li><li>Prepare weekly reports that assist the plant admins in processing manual orders </li><li>Liaison between production plants and Engineering to standardize prints </li><li>Troubleshoot overages and shortages reported by production plants </li><li>Reconcile plant parts usage as needed </li><li>Process imported Manual/HOT and Standard orders for CNC </li><li>Train new plant admins on the CNC process and manual ordering </li><li>Other duties as assigned </li></ul> <p>Skills</p> <ul> <li>Reliable </li><li>Excellent communicator </li><li>Organized </li><li>Ability to work with various personalities </li><li>Must be a team player </li><li>Able to work independently </li><li>Driven to be efficient and highly accurate </li></ul> <p>Preferred Experience</p> <ul> <li>5+ years of office experience with manufacturing preferred </li><li>Previous experience in database management </li><li>2+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics </li><li>2+ years of experience in BOM building </li></ul> <p>Requirements</p> <ul> <li>Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams </li><li>ERP System experience </li><li>High School Diploma or college degree </li></ul> <p>Thor Motor Coach offers stable employment and a comprehensive benefits plan including 401K.</p> <p>Pre-employment drug screen required.</p> <p>EOE</p>
