<p>The HVAC Systems Specialist oversees and completes preventative maintenance and special projects, keeping proper documentation for completion rates and timeframes; oversees and performs contracted services; and represents Plant Operations at all safety committees, quality improvement, construction projects and staff meetings, as appropriate. Has working knowledge of heating, ventilating, and air condition (HVAC) systems associated with Hospitals and Health Care facilities, including chillers, circulating water pumps, air handling units, exhaust fans and supply fans.
