<p>As Business Unit Automotive & Speciality Lamps we support our vision and strategy by expanding our leading position in the automotive lighting market in OEM and Aftermarket. We are in a global leadership position in the automotive lamps business in traditional and LED applications and offer industry leading products in LED lighting to global OEM customers (e.g. with exchangeable LED light sources). We also tackle new growth opportunities in the Aftermarket with our automotive care and equipment portfolio.</p> <p>Account Manager for Lighting Products is responsible for managing and growing strategic relationships with automotive OEM / Tier 1 accounts. This role serves as the primary customer interface, driving revenue growth, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring successful program launches. The Account Manager collaborates cross-functionally with engineering, program management, product management, finance, and operations teams to deliver customer value and achieve company objectives.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Serve as the primary point of contact for designated automotive OEM and Tier1 customers, maintaining strong, trust-based relationships. </li><li>Develop a deep understanding of customer strategies, product roadmaps, and purchasing processes to anticipate needs and align solutions. </li><li>Lead regular customer meetings, commercial reviews, and business updates. </li><li>Identify new business opportunities within the OEM/Tier 1 accounts. </li><li>Track opportunities in Sales Force tool. </li><li>Manage forecast reporting (IBP) and tariff activities. </li><li>Support the preparation of proposals, quotes, and presentations </li><li>Manage RFQ process, including pricing strategy, proposal development, negotiation, and award finalization. </li><li>Partner with internal engineering and product teams to facilitate and align customer communication of requirements with company capabilities. </li><li>Coordinate with internal teams (sales, engineering, logistics, marketing) to ensure timely delivery of products and resolve issues. </li><li>Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, marketing, or related field </li><li>5+ years of experience in account management, sales support, or customer service </li><li>Proven negotiation skills and experience managing large, complex customer accounts </li><li>Proven record of growth </li><li>Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail </li><li>Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills </li></ul>
