If you're an organized, people-savvy pro who knows the ins and outs of commercial roofing, we want you on our team!</p> <p>What You'll Be Doing:</p> <ul> <li>Taking the lead on commercial roofing projects from kickoff to closeout. </li><li>Working closely with clients, vendors, foremen, and our in-house team to make sure everything runs smoothly. </li><li>Keeping jobs on schedule and within budget without breaking a sweat. </li><li>Making regular site visits to ensure quality work and a safe job site (hard hat looks good on you). </li><li>Handling change orders, RFIs, and paperwork like a pro. </li><li>Solving problems before anyone else even sees them coming. </li><li>Representing Division 7 Roofing with professionalism, pride, and a little bit of swagger. </li></ul> <p>What You Bring to the Table:</p> <ul> <li>5+ years of experience in construction or commercial roofing project management. </li><li>Strong working knowledge of roofing systems (TPO, EPDM, Modified, etc.). </li><li>Leadership skills that keep teams motivated and projects moving. </li><li>You're tech-savvy (comfortable with tools like Procore, Excel, etc.). </li><li>You can read blueprints, manage budgets, and still pick up the phone with a smile. </li><li>OSHA 30?
