<p>Position Summary</p> <p>We are seeking an experienced RN to join our Inpatient Psychiatry Unit in Boston, a 16-bed secure inpatient unit.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Providing nursing care to patients and families in our inpatient psychiatric unit </li><li>Maintaining a safe and therapeutic milieu. </li><li>Providing education to patients and families. </li><li>Facilitating group therapies. </li><li>Overseeing behavioral tech and counselor staff. </li><li>36 hours, day/evening/night rotations, every other weekend and rotating holidays. </li></ul> <p>Minimum Qualifications</p> <p>Education:</p> <ul> <li>A bachelor's degree in nursing </li></ul> <p>Experience:</p> <ul> <li>1+ years of RN experience, preferably in a behavioral health setting. Inpatient and pediatric experience preferred. </li></ul> <p>Licensure/Certifications</p> <ul> <li>Current Massachusetts license as a Registered Nurse (RN) </li></ul> <p>The posted pay range is Boston Children's reasonable and good-faith expectation for this pay at the time of posting.</p> <p>Any base pay offer provided depends on skills, experience, education, certifications, and a variety of other job-related factors.
