Accenture Flex employees work in their local metro area onsite at the project, significantly reducing and/or eliminating the demands to travel.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>As a Technology Architect, you will be responsible for designing and delivering technology architecture for a platform, product, or engagement.</p> </li><li> <p>You will define solutions to meet performance, capability, and scalability needs.</p> </li><li> <p>You are expected to be a subject matter expert with deep knowledge and experience, possess influencing and advisory skills, and be responsible for team decisions.</p> </li><li> <p>You will engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions while providing solutions to problems that apply across various teams.</p> </li><li> <p>Master proficiency in Architecture Frameworks is required.</p> </li><li> <p>Advanced proficiency in Architectural Design is recommended.</p> </li><li> <p>Additionally, advanced proficiency in Applications Architecture and Technology Architecture is suggested.</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on technology architecture and design.</p> </li><li> <p>Conduct thorough assessments of existing systems and recommend improvements to enhance performance and scalability.</p> </li><li> <p>Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to inform architectural decisions.</p> </li><li> <p>Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather requirements and validate architectural solutions.</p> </li><li> <p>Mentor and guide junior team members in best practices for technology architecture.</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualification</p> <p>Basic Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li> <p>12+ years of experience</p> </li><li> <p>Architect Framework</p> </li><li> <p>Architect Desing</p> </li><li> <p>Technical Architect</p> </li><li> <p>High School Diploma or GED</p> </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Bank Experience</p> </li><li> <p>Bachelor's Degree</p> </li><li> <p>Good communication</p> </li></ul> <p>Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
