We rely on our talented and dedicated team members to provide reliable products with personalized service.</p> <p>We are seeking a Machine Operator in our Block department for Materials Corporation in Janesville, WI.</p> <p>Job Duties:</p> <ul> <li>Setup, operate and maintain concrete manufacturing machines. </li><li>Ensure product quality at every phase of production with high attention to detail and communication with team members. </li><li>Adjust equipment, ensure quality of materials, and troubleshoot machine problems. </li><li>Work with basic hand tools, power tools, and tape measures using mathematical and mechanical skills. </li><li>Operating forklifts </li><li>Clean up as needed. </li></ul> <p>Work Environment:</p> <ul> <li>Carrying/Lifting 10 - 80 Pounds frequently </li><li>Carrying/Lifting > 80 Pounds occasionally </li><li>Standing / Walking / Climbing </li><li>Squatting/Crouching/Kneeling/Bending </li><li>Pushing / Pulling / Reaching Above Shoulder </li></ul> <p>Physical Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Work in indoor and outdoor weather conditions </li><li>Work near moving machinery and equipment </li><li>Work in a noisy environment </li></ul> <p>Experience & Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Must be mechanically inclined and able to identify problems and troubleshoot quickly. </li><li>Strong understanding of production processes and ability to meet a production schedule. </li><li>Ability to identify and react to a quickly changing environment. </li><li>Proactive and self-motivated team player with a positive attitude </li></ul>
