These are just some of the benefits we offer:</p> <ul> <li>Medical, dental, and vision insurance </li><li>401(k) with up to 4% company match </li><li>Annual performance bonus based on level, as well as individual, company, and location performance </li><li>Paid vacation days and holidays </li><li>Paid parental bonding leave </li><li>Tuition and/or professional certification reimbursement </li><li>Generous friends-and-family discounts at many of our hotels and resorts </li></ul> <p>What will you do?</p> <ul> <li>Oversee planning and execution of gaming and casino projects, including budgeting, scheduling, permitting, and stakeholder coordination </li><li>Manage the design process by developing project scope, facilitating RFPs, selecting designers, and incorporating best practices across departments </li><li>Ensure project budgets and schedules are maintained by coordinating with contractors, engineers, and design teams, conducting value engineering, and addressing any potential cost or timeline impacts </li><li>Oversee construction activities, including contractor selection, bid reviews, contract negotiations, site access, progress monitoring, and compliance with plans and specifications </li><li>Manage procurement and installation of FF&E, ensuring proper research, cost evaluation, delivery, and integration into facility operations </li></ul> <p>More about you</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, or related field required; LEED AP preferred </li><li>Minimum of 15 years of experience in the casino and gaming project management or construction industry, with a minimum of 7 years of experience as an owner's representative, lead project manager, or construction manager for projects exceeding $75 million </li><li>Construction project management experience in ground-up construction and renovations to existing facilities </li><li>Knowledge of purchasing, budgeting, negotiating, and awarding contracts is required </li><li>Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, SharePoint, Blue Beam, AutoCAD and PMWeb required </li></ul> <p>Shift details</p> <p>M-F</p> <p>Who we are</p> <p>Our business is all about people, and that includes you.
