This role drives process improvements, manages budgets, oversees supplier and partner relationships, and ensures seamless collaboration with cross-functional teams to maximize customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Analyze financial data to help support cost savings initiatives</p> </li><li> <p>Lead employees through implementations of best practices, new technology and process change to drive increased operational productivity</p> </li><li> <p>Prepare and deliver comprehensive performance reviews, including key operational metrics, progress against strategic goals, and departmental outcomes to executive leadership and stakeholders.</p> </li></ul> <p>JOB QUALIFICATIONS:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Bachelor's degree with business, logistics, or engineering knowledge.
