The University is an equal opportunity employer and seeks candidates who understand, respect and can contribute to the University's mission and values.</p> <p>Duties and Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Operates University Shuttle Vehicle/ ADA Vehicle on demand rides in a safe and courteous manner </li><li>Transport passengers requiring ADA accommodation using wheelchair accessible. Assist passengers with boarding and existing as needed ensuring a positive and secure experience. Follow all university transportation policies, traffic laws, and safety procedures. </li><li>Maintain cleanliness of the vehicle interior and exterior as assigned. </li><li>Provide exceptional customer service and represent the University in a professional manner </li><li>Refuel vehicle as needed </li></ul> <p>Minimum Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma or equivalent required </li><li>Minimum of 5 years' previous driving experience. Candidate must be able to meet and maintain VU driving privileges as outlined by Villanova's Risk Management's Motor Vehicle Record Policy for Driver's of University Vehicles. </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications: Physical Requirements and/or Unusual Work Hours:</p> <ul> <li>Must be able to drive for an extended period of time. </li><li>Must be physically capable of assisting passengers, to include assisting wheelchair bound passengers while boarding and exiting the vehicle. </li></ul> <p>Special Message to Applicants: Posting Date: Closing Date (11:59pm ET): Salary Posting Information:</p> <p>This position falls within hourly grade 10 and the range for this position is $24.38-$25.73/hr.
