See how your contributions will help transform vision into reality:</p> <p>Position Overview:</p> <p>This role solves complex business problem and manages key strategic initiatives and M&A integrations at the division level. This is someone who can create analyses to determine the division's goals and objectives as well as act as planner, consultant, and bridge builder throughout different phases of the project.</p> <p>The Strategy Manager is not only responsible for the creation and delivery of a disciplined strategy, process and implementation plan, but also accountable for planning, mobilizing and managing resources to bring about the successful completion of key objectives.</p> <p>This team is responsible for assessing, shaping, setting and prioritizing the strategic direction of Navico Group to efficiently and effectively build and scale the division's value creating propositions and operation across categories, brands or regions. Work focus will ebb and flow but will focus on strategy creation and realization.</p> <p>At Brunswick, we have passion for our work and a distinct ability to deliver.</p> <p>Essential Functions:</p> <ul> <li>Perform analyses to answer critical strategic questions to Navico group and make recommendations to division leadership </li><li>Work cross-division to gather relevant data to support analyses </li><li>Develop documents to support recommendations and communicate effectively across the division </li><li>Provide program management of division's key strategic or transformational initiatives. Projects could be in any functional areas (technology, digital marketing, operations etc.) </li><li>Coordinating with all relevant stakeholders to define project scope and objectives and supporting change management throughout the organization. </li><li>Develop detailed project plans, ensuring resource availability, allocation and delivery on time within budget and scope </li><li>Define and measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques </li><li>Manage changes to the project scope, schedule and costs using appropriate verification techniques </li><li>Support end-to-end M&A process including leading key integration workstreams to ensure a smooth business transition and to achieve acquisition objectives </li><li>Provide post-acquisition synergy tracking and analysis </li></ul> <p>Diversity of thought and experiences is fundamental when imagining the unimaginable. Certain skillsets/experiences are necessary; however, others can be developed along the way.</p> <p>Required Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience </li><li>Minimum of 2 years work experience </li><li>Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams of various sizes, and collaborate effectively to see large projects through to completion </li><li>Proven ability to structure problems in an ambiguous environment </li><li>Proven ability to make decisions based on data, facts, and logic, as well as ability to collect relevant data to support decision making </li><li>Outstanding written, verbal communication and presentation skills necessary to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization and external parties </li><li>Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple workstreams or projects at the same time. </li><li>Advanced proficiency with all Microsoft Office Tools </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>MBA degree or past management consulting experience preferred </li><li>Background in marine/RV/industrial a plus </li></ul> <p>Working Conditions:</p> <ul> <li>This position will be a hybrid role with a combination of remote work and 3 days a week onsite office based in the Chicago, IL area. </li><li>Travel as needed to other locations. Travel may be required based upon business needs (<25%) </li></ul> <p>The anticipated pay range for this position is $100,900 - $160,800 annually. The actual base pay offered will vary depending on multiple factors including job- related knowledge/skills, relevant experience, business needs, and geographic location. In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.</p> <p>At Brunswick, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the salary range for their role.
