<p>Solar Inspection Technician</p> <p>Trinity Solar, the Northeast's largest privately-owned solar integrator, is growing-and we're looking for a Solar Inspection Technician to join our team!</p> <p>In this role, you'll play a critical part in ensuring our solar installations meet all local codes and inspection standards. If you're detail-oriented, self-motivated, and thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment, this is a great opportunity to build your career in the rapidly expanding solar industry.</p> <p>What You'll Do</p> <ul> <li>Attend daily coordination meetings with the Inspection Coordinator and Field Manager </li><li>Perform pre-inspection audits to ensure installations are inspection-ready </li><li>Prepare job sites for inspectors (e.g., opening electrical panels and junction boxes) </li><li>Capture and submit required photos and documentation </li><li>Install placards and secure final inspection approvals/stickers </li><li>Set up and safely secure ladders for inspector access </li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with local inspection offices </li><li>Work independently while managing multiple tasks efficiently </li><li>Support additional field and inspection-related duties as needed </li></ul> <p>What We're Looking For</p> <ul> <li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills </li><li>Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities </li><li>Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment </li><li>Self-starter with a strong work ethic and attention to detail </li><li>Comfortable working independently and as part of a team </li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat (Salesforce experience is a plus) </li><li>Willingness and ability to learn new systems quickly </li><li>Electrical or solar experience is a plus </li><li>Comfortable working at heights </li></ul>
