<p>Description</p> <p>Qualifications: - NYS Clinical Technologist license issued - Bachelor degree and 4 years of experience in clinical laboratory or Masters degree and 2 years of clinical lab experience - Chemistry/hematology experience, must be able to perform manual differentials - Prior lead or supervisory experience in clinical lab (1-2 years) Job description: - Working as an evening supervisor in the general lab. This is a leadership position. They are the go to person for the techs in the lab. Managing a team of 5-6 technologists, handling scheduling, troubleshooting and administrative paperwork.
