Within PPCG, the Prospect Site and Application Marketing team is dedicated to delivering best-in-class digital marketing and card shopping experiences to effectively convert visitors and efficiently acquire high-quality new Card Members on Americanexpress.com.</p> <p>This Senior Manager, Prospect Site and Application Marketing role will be responsible for driving "run-the-business" initiatives for Site and Application across our suite of 14 Consumer Card products, including new product launches, refreshes, and limited time offers. The role is also responsible for all forecasting (R&O / BUP) and reporting for the Site channel. Additionally, this Senior Manager leads Agile for both Prospect and Customer Site Marketing, partnering with cross-functional teams through PI planning, Agile MCR submissions. This is a multi-faceted role that partners closely with key stakeholders across analytics, technical product management, Go To Market Strategy, legal & compliance, product owners, and digital acquisition channel teams.</p> <p>This role requires a highly analytical, creative, and strategic thinker with robust marketing experience and a proven track record of delivering results.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Plan and prioritize the marketing strategy and roadmap for Site and Application, including working closely with colleagues to ensure we have a robust test-and-learn agenda that will optimize each channel </li><li>Lead Enterprise "run-the-business" initiatives for Amex.com and Application, including offer updates, targeted alerts on benefits/copy, and leading refresh testing, strategy, and execution </li><li>Lead agile workstreams for both Prospect and Customer Marketing </li><li>Lead Forecasting & Reporting for the Prospect Site channel </li><li>Manage a team of three high-performing direct reports </li><li>Partner with key data/modeling stakeholders along with tech product managers on capabilities development and channel optimizations </li><li>Partner with internal design and content partners to optimize content, creative, and user experience across Americanexpress.com </li><li>Sucessfully and build cross-functional relationships across multiple partner teams </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>7+ years of digital marketing experience, customer acquisition experience preferred </li><li>Highly motivated individual with a positive attitude </li><li>Strong ability to translate business needs into project requirements </li><li>Proven track record of driving initiatives from ideation to execution </li><li>Excellent problem solving and strategic thinking skills </li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to influence and negotiate to drive the Site experience and capabilities roadmap </li><li>Self-starter with demonstrated ability to work independently and interact with internal partners, manage multiple projects at once and drive results </li><li>Desire to join a highly-visible, results-oriented, and fast paced team </li></ul> <p>Salary Range: $90,000.00 to $140,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits</p> <p>The above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition.
