The position will play a vital role in ensuring compliance with the Kansas Insurance Code and other applicable laws by Pharmacy Benefits Managers (PBMs) and related entities transacting business in the State of Kansas. The successful candidate will focus on key regulatory functions related to the oversight of Pharmacy Benefit Managers including complaint resolution, regulatory reporting, licensing requirements and enforcement activities.</p> <p>The Team:</p> <p>Legal Division team members are collaborative, dedicated and contribute to a fun and engaging work environment.
