<p>FlexStaff is seeking a dedicated and skilled Radiologic Technologist for our client in their Radiology department. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality radiological services in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have experience with C-Ray, CT, and/or MRI technology, and will be proficient in operating x-ray equipment, developing images, and preparing radiological areas, equipment, supplies, and contrast materials.</p> <p>Salary Range:</p> <ul> <li>Level 1: $66,799 </li><li>Level 2: $71,109 </li><li>Level 3: $86,727 </li><li>Level 4: $132,425 </li></ul> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Prepare radiological areas, equipment, contrast materials, and supplies as needed for patient procedures. </li><li>Explain procedures to patients, transfer them to tables, position them appropriately, and assist them at the end of the procedures. </li><li>Follow prescribed techniques to administer general and specific x-rays, adjusting equipment settings as required. </li><li>Develop high-quality images in accordance with photographic techniques, maintaining the highest standards of patient care. </li><li>Monitor patients and equipment during procedures, reporting any unusual occurrences and documenting the patient's condition. </li><li>Utilize mobile x-ray equipment in patient care areas as needed and maintain supplies, equipment, and records. </li><li>Adhere to safety protocols related to radiation for patients, employees, and the environment, ensuring compliance with all regulations. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Current certification as a Radiologic Technologist. </li><li>Experience with C-Ray, CT, and/or MRI is highly preferred. </li><li>Strong understanding of radiological techniques and safety protocols. </li><li>Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. </li><li>Proficient in using electronic medical records (EMR) to document patient encounters and access relevant patient data. </li><li>Additional Salary Detail The salary range and/or hourly rate listed is a good faith determination of potential base compensation that may be offered to a successful applicant for this position at the time of this job advertisement and may be modified in the future.
