<p>EASTERN TITLE DIVISION</p> <p>Job Description:</p> <p>Old Republic Title</p> <p>Location: Sarasota, FL- This is an in-office Residential Title Examiner position.</p> <p>About the Role:</p> <p>We're seeking an experienced, detail-oriented and ambitious individual to join our team as a Title Examiner. In this role, you will search public records and examine titles to determine legal condition of property title. You will need to be able to search and prepare commitments and examine title documents. You will also issue Title Commitments, Title Policies, TSR's and Ownership and Encumbrance Reports and other approved title products to agents.
